Wheel of Life

The Wheel of Life is a good first step in the life auditing process.

Give it a try! Using the blank below, you can complete your own. It’s a simple and useful tool to use as a check-in throughout your life; if you keep previous copies, it’ll allow you to track your progress.

The 8 sections in the Wheel of Life represent areas of your life. Please name each section so that it’s meaningful for you (some examples could be money, love, leisure, work, fitness, travel, but please be sure to select areas that matter to you).

Next, taking the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area. You can colour it in, draw a new perimeter line, or simply write the score out of 10 into the relevant section (see one example below).


The result is your current Wheel of Life. So … how does it look? Like the example above, is it a rather bumpy ride? We can smooth it out together, all you need do is get in touch. Give it a try – after all, that initial consultation will cost you nothing.
